Why is there no set price for building the agent?
Every job is different. Answering order questions on WhatsApp is smaller than running bookings across three apps. After the free call, we work out what your job takes and tell you the price. You decide before any work starts.
What is a credit?
A credit is how the AI’s work is counted. One credit is one US cent. A short reply on our standard AI costs about 1.2 credits. The activity log shows what every reply cost.
What happens to credits I don’t use?
They roll over. Credits you don’t use this month stay in your account for the next one, and so do credits you top up.
What if I run out of credits?
Top up any amount from $5 to $1,000 in Settings, and the agent keeps working. Or connect your own AI account, which uses no credits.
Can I use my own AI account?
Yes. Connect your own OpenAI account, or any service that works like it. The agent then bills that account directly and uses no credits at all.
Are phone calls included?
The AI side of a call is 16 credits a minute. The phone number itself comes from a phone company like Twilio or Telnyx, and they bill you for it at their own rates.
Do I pay for apps like Shopify or Google Sheets?
Not to us. The agent uses your own accounts in those apps, so whatever you pay them today stays the same.
