Privacy Policy

• Your account: your name, email address and the business you work for. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider; we never see them in plain text.
• Your workspace: the agents you set up, their settings, and the files and knowledge you give them.
• Conversations your agents handle: messages from your customers on WhatsApp and other channels, phone call audio and transcripts, and the agents’ replies.
• The activity log: each step an agent took, which app it used and what it cost.
• Billing: your plan, payments and credit balance. Card details are handled by Creem; we never see them.
• Booking a call: the details you enter when you book a call with us.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser and the times you sign in, to keep your account safe.

• to run inrsia and your agents, and to show you what they did;
• to bill you and keep your credit balance right;
• to answer your questions and help you set things up;
• to keep inrsia safe, and to stop abuse;
• to fix problems and make inrsia better.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data or your customers’ data to train AI models.

We share data only with the services we need to run inrsia, and only what each one needs:

• Supabase: our database and sign-in.
• Cloudflare: hosting, some AI models, speech, and email.
• AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Groq): to write the agents’ replies. If you connect your own AI account, your data goes to that provider instead.
• Meta (WhatsApp) and phone carriers (Twilio or Telnyx): when you connect those channels.
• Composio: to connect the apps you choose, like Google Sheets or Shopify.
• Creem: our reseller, to take payments.
• Cal.com: to book calls with us.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or to protect people from harm.

The services above may store and process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union.

• Each business’s data is kept apart. One business can’t see another’s.
• The passwords and keys you give us for other apps are stored encrypted. The AI never sees them.
• Only the people who need it to help you can see your data.

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete things yourself, such as files, agents, and what an agent remembers about a customer. When you close your account, we delete your data within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep some of it, such as payment records.

You can ask us to show you, correct, download or delete your personal data. Write to support@inrsia.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Are you a customer of a business that uses inrsia? That business decides how your messages are used. Please contact them first; we will help them with your request.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make the site work. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

inrsia is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you by email about important changes.
